  Over priced, under skilled, takes twice as long as it should, and the customer service is sub par. Got my front brakes done and my steering wheel is off center by 30 degrees...enough said. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

  They failed to adhere to VW procedures for doing oil change on my car. Ended up leaking all over my driveway. When I brought it back to them (more of my time gone) they did correct the problem but 1) Had the nerve to charge me more money, for a part that should have been included in the package in the first place and 2) offered to do nothing about the stains in my driveway other than give me some of the cleaning chemicals they use on their shop floor, for me to take home and scrub my own driveway. This exact same situation transpired several years earlier with the same car, at a local fast-lube place (apparently the VW procedure is a bit unusual, but it's their job to know these things). The manager of that fast-lube immediately dispatched someone to my house to try to clean the driveway, and when that didn't work, paid to have it re-sprayed (the driveway was barely a year old at the time). Midas management could learn from these people. The manager of Midas has been steadfastly ignoring my calls for months. Their head office is useless. If you call, their only assistance is to reroute your call to the store for "immediate resolution". Which means talking to the same people who already failed you (if you can even get them on the phone). Basically, they're a call-forwarding service. Scratching Midas off my list for car repairs.
